Chocolate passion at Brasserie MOST
The long-term cooperation of the Brasserie MOST restaurant and the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Musical Theater proved that the two arts, opera and gastronomy, should and will go together. In honor of the premiere of the opera Othello, which will be held on May 30, the original chocolate dessert Othello appeared on the brasserie menu.

The primary role in Othello is given to chocolate - both crispy sheets and weightless mousse with the noble wine Baumes de Venise, and thick ginger sauce are made of it. They, together with the bass chord of the caramelized macadamia nut, make us enjoy every nuance of taste elements and contrasts of textures, experiencing genuine delight. «Devil in love» at «Brasserie Most»
In honor of the premiere of the opera «Devil in Love» on the stage of Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Music Theatre, a dessert of the same name appeared on the menu of the French brasserie.

The French Brasserie MOST continues to collaborate with the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Music Theatre and in honor of the world premiere of the opera «Devil in Love», which will be held on the main stage of the theater on February 15, introduces a special dish.

Dedicated to the composer Alexander Vustin's only opera, the «Devil in Love» by chef Jean-Luc Moll is an elegant and stylish dessert in the shape of a thin velvet spiral, complemented by a chocolate mask and natural hearts of raspberries. The gastronomic plot is an opposition of the delicate creaminess of the mousse to espelet pepper and the combination of their contrast with the help of chocolate and cheese and vanilla cream.

What could be nicer than an evening dedicated to art? After the premiere, as well as after any opera or ballet at the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Music Theatre, Brasserie MOST invites you to dinner. High gastronomy and jewelery work by Bordeaux chef Jean-Luc Moll is the ideal continuation of theatrical evening at the theater: it is best to discuss the watched performance at dinner performed by a real artist in gastronomy. The theater and the restaurant continue their joint action: upon presentation of the ticket from the play, the guest will receive a pleasant discount in the amount of 10% of the bill.
